Ample amenities nearby (a nearby gas station and large convenience store with beer, wine and spirit sales until midnight) as well as the town of Shediac, only a few kilometres away, a summer cottage community feel, friendly local people, quiet evenings away from the main road (sunsets at 'The Wharf') and above all else a lovely short walk to Atlantic Canada's best beach!
A short 3.5 km drive (or a walk/leisurely bike commute on the walking/bike path from the cottage/beach to Shediac and beyond), only a 20-minute drive to Moncton and between 1-hour and 90-minutes from Prince Edward Island, Fundy National Park, Hopewell Rocks, Joggins Fossil Cliffs, Miramichi, etc
